I'll be installing a 6" lift kit on my 2500 with 35" tires. My question is this, if I have to re-align the front end after the lift, should I bring it to the shop first and get all the specs before I do anything or will all those numbers change anyway? I'm really particular with alignment issues, my last truck took five trips to the alignment machine before I was satisfied with it. I don't mind buying the whole shop lunch if they do the right job. Any recommendations?

The shop should be able to look up the factory specs. There should be no need to have your current specs measured before the lift.

Give them these specs
<BLOCKQUOTE dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">

Left Caster 4.25 degrees +/- 0.5 degrees

Right Caster 4.50 degrees +/- 0.5 degrees

Camber 0.25 degrees +/- 0.25 degrees

Toe 0.1 degrees +/- 0.1</BLOCKQUOTE>
These settings have a little tighter tollerances than factory. Make them work for their money.
The slight difference in right and left Caster is due to road crown. It is not a typo.
