Recentlly I had my tranny done so as most people my foot has been a little heavier than normal:D When my boost is close to 30psi or a little over im getting a weird sqealing noise from the turbo (no its not the turbo spooling up) is this cause for concern?

Anyone?:help: I just dont want to replace the turbo already

maybe the rubber boots to your air cooler try tightning them.

Any sound is not a good sign . Id check all boots. Then listen to the truck at idle , a lly has a distinctive shift at idle when the vanes adjust .

Do you have this noise in stock form or just in the higher levels of the Edge?

any level on edge only around 30psi kinda sounds like a belt sqealing going to check all intercooler boots tonight

it sounds like you have a boost leak some where but that is me.

so you find your prob?

Do you have an EGR blocker? also My LLy also made quite a noise above 26 or so PSI, almost a squeal. I think it is just ythe nature of the LLY turbo at higher boost levels.

I tightend all the conections still makes the noise?....
