Go to the Pictures 101 post on this forum. May have to download resizing software. Don't have the link handy, but it's in the 101 post. I had mine posted in 20 minutes.

I use irfanview to reduce my pics, It real easy with this programs and just clicking in resize and saving it as the new reduced pic name.
