Snoddytn 03-13-2007, 11:57 PM I just read the latest diesel power and uncovered on page 176 what looks like an on-board air compressor that mounts on the opposite side of the engine as the alternator and I was wondering where in the world I might be able to find that part which looks like it bolts on to the empty holes that I have on my 2001 any infor on it would be greatly appreciated DuneMe 03-14-2007, 12:57 AM Yeh, I posted a thread on it the other day. It sounds like it may not be the most reliable way to go. (Belt driven that is). If you just want a bracket (perhaps to mount an elec. compressor on) you may be able to get it from BD. Are they supplying a longer serpintine? I am also interested in how they routed it. I added an idler to mine. I had to make it adjustable for the York compressor. Your telling me! :D I've already got my tank, gauges, etc all mounted and ready to go. Hope they don't stick it to us too bad for just the bracket & belt, considering the want $500 for the '03-'05 Cummins.
