Just got the Cognito leveling kit, pitman idler support and idler pivot assembly installed. Cranked the front all the way up and she's sittin' level and MUCH higher. Running the new upper UCA for the high wheel b/s.
I'd love to hear your responses/thoughts.
I'm very happy with how this turned out. Absolutely NO trimming and NO rubbing. Already had her on some trails and didn't rub a bit.
I'd like to thank all of you that I've bugged and asked questions to. You all know who you are, and I went in to this very prepared and had no surprises thanks to this site and the members' help.
I just got pics up finally in the garage, and this is my first time trying to post pics on this thread, so hopefully they turn out alright. If not, check out my garage.

dbcooper,
Mike Troxler, at 4 Play Motorsports installed it for me. Known him a while, and plus his brother is Chad Troxler who works at Cognito so he is very knowledgable about Cognito's products/install. Coulda done it myself, but it was worth a few hundred bucks to have him install it and have that peace of mind.
Other than the alignment, the install is around 3-4 hours at most.
ChrisHin did it himself and if I remember correctly, that's about what it took him as well.
Thanks for the compliments guys.
Joe Buck,
Trust me, they're not. I know you'll see conflicting pics or installs of Bilsteins where the boot may be on the top and/or the Bilstein logo is on the bottom.
Mike and 4 Play cleaned out the last shipment from Bilstein in Germany I think it was. Anyone (at least in Cali) he says buys from him. He's got over 2 pallet's. If your's or another pic of a shock is opposite of mine, then it's a different shock.

Yes, the ones that fit in the stock location (with the stud on top) mount like that. The ones I have (Dual shock kit with bolt through eyes) mount the other way.

Thanks Nick! It's particularly nice getting a compliment from you my friend.
Dmax Sierra, please make sure you post pics if/when you do that. I juuust about went with that wheel/tire size, but I decided to save a grand and go the H2 takeoff route instead. But who knows what the future will hold. That'll look sick if you do that.
bigdave33, the ride and steering feel great so far. I was worried about that a bit, especially driving the truck for 20k miles stock before doing this.
I'd have to say it feels a little "tighter" now than it was before. I'm towing my 5th this weekend and I'll post if I have any problems or if it doesn't feel quite as good. I'm sure it will.
Tires feel great, no wandering or roll into turns (probably thanks to the E rated).
Thanks guys.

Manke'sMax,
No prob....
I wasn't a big fan of H2's on a HD but with this popping up more and more you just can't help but like them. They are that perfect up-grade not to brake the bank. H2's offer great spec's for those that just want aliitle more meat/tire over stock. :ro)
