Kal Tire, $820 Canadian, installed. D'max exhaust with a little custom work. Any reputable shop should be able to fit it.

If you want to go with old pipes from another truck i'm sure you'll save lots. Mine was new. Thats about $500 US dollars. I couldn't get 3.5" here so i went with 4". According to what i've read and seen here 3.5" should be all you need. If i can't get this truck to produce more power soon i'm beginning to think its a waste of money so far.

When we installed mine it was in a muffler shop so it cost a little more than the do it yourself stuff.

We expanded the bottom of the downpipe on the machine to 3.5" and welded on a 3.5" x 4" x-over and went with the 4" D'max exhaust from there out the back, fit pretty good, just left out the muffler and put in a pipe in its place that can be taken out if i want to add a muffler later. This is an upgrade for the D'max and each piece can be ordered seperately.

IMO they would either give you the pipes for free if they get to do the work or sell them to you at minimal charge if your taking them home, they just scrap the old pipes anyways. I would ask local shops what to watch out for and call you if they get any in that they removed that may fit your truck...... but i really don't know for sure.

10 feet of 4 inch only cost me 20 bucks. 4 bucks for 2 clamps. 135 for 3" downpipe. add one wire welder and you got yourself a awesome exhaust. also removed the turbo silencer and now the damn thing whistles louder than a new 6.0 powerstroke. it is so loud it rattles my head. I LOVE IT!!!!

Where you get that pipe at that cost?

Those pipes must be used for that price and the clamps must be standard exhaust clamps. Mine was all new from front to back with new band clamps as pictured. And i don't own a wire welder! Add that cost if you don't have one or a friend with one.
