Is there a handheld programmer/scanner that can be used to both pull and/or erase codes as well as adjust HP/TQ? If so, will it work for different manufacturers as well(Ford/Dodge/GM)? JJ doesn't ask for much! I've been waiting for TTS to come out with a handheld tow program, I understand it will be out later this year. If I can get a programmer/scanner that can do both it would minimize my investment. I'm not looking to roast my tires, mostly to improve towing performance.
