I have been having a low power and horrible fuel mileage condition since i bought my truck. I have tryed to add power programmers of every brand out there, bully dog, diablo, edge and the inline modules under the hood as well. No matter what programmer i use it will say "completed download" or w/e each programmer says once the program has uploaded on the computer. When i run my truck it has alittle more on the low end but absolutely no more power on the top end almost like its stock or worse. I did a search and came up with a few ideas to try. I used my snap on scanner to retrieve some info and it is as follows at WOT.

DES FRP: -1263 ACT: 1134
DES FRP REG: 401MA FRP REG CMD: 358MA
FRP CMD: 13%
FUEL RATE: 30.7

While running this test at WOT i threw a DTC of P1093. For some reason my scanner will not define the code and under the search i didnt get a clear anserw. Does anyone have any ideas why i am having a no power condtion? The truck is completely stock except for the straight pipe exhaust.

Thanks eric, I printed off a copy of the special bulletin so I have some ammo just incase. I will be taking it in tomm, never thought it would happen to me....:(
