I just ordered a TransferFlow 45 gal. midship replacement for my '06 CrewCab short bed. It has been mentioned on this site that there is a special tool needed to disconnect the factory fuel lines (I think).

If someone can answer this, I would appreciate it. What is that tool and where should it be purchased?

One thing nice about the TF, the fuel line quick disconnect tool comes with the tank. No need to buy anything.

I had TransferFlow do the installation.

Love the tank. . . Have to take a loan to fill it up though!

You can't tell it is there except when you pass all your buds on the way to the Dunes. . . they stop twice as much as you for the same trip.
