I was wondering if anyone knows of and custom tuning software such as EFILine that will work with j2534 device. I have a couple of these Drew Tech devices which are definately capable of doing the flashing if someone makes software to work with it.

the hardware is the easy part, there are dozens and dozens of devices that you can use. the hard part is the software to control these devices. its not worth for a garage enthusiast to make his own programmer. i'll bet that drewtech device is $1000. elm and bb-elec sell ones for $150 that can do the same thing. as a matter of fact, i am almost positive efi live hardware is a bb-electronics device.

You are close on the Drew Tech Cost. BUT I already have 2 of them. I also have they're Mongoose and 2 different j2534 devices.
