Where do you put your sunglasses or did I not get an option on my truck.. There is no sunglass holder??

Well in the GMC there is no overhead console. I wear OAKLEY PRO-M Frames so I just slide them over the sunvisor and they stay up there. I guess you can gold them up and slide them in that slot next to the radio or in the lower console slot. Depends on what kind and if they fold or not... Good luck

I have an overhead console on my GMC. Has the lights in it. Same one all the other GM owners are putting their Juice/Attitude in...same one Trippen is making a mount for.....thats where I keep my shades.

The purdy GMC doesn't need them.

Traded in a '01 big block gasser LT that had a overhead consul that would hold a housefull of stuff on a 04 LT Duramax that has a little itty bitty overhead consul that doesn't hold jack. Guess that's a way for the bean counters to justify their existence. Had a mid level '95 S-10 at one time that had lighted mirrors on the sun visors. That's the kind of junky stuff you'd sort of expect on a top of the line model along with some place for your sunglasses but not anymore. Thought about getting a GMC as opposed to a Chevrolet but the GMC dealer near me also sells Pontiacs and Cadillacs and is a 100% full-blooded DICKWEED. The Chevy dealer is superb and has a great service department.

Thank you.. I like the GMC better now, use to have an 02 Chevy with the big front end and then those were cool... But now they have the larger hood, still funny looking but getting closer...

Think the Chev and GMC all come off the same line at assembly. Guy up here swears he got at GMC with GMC badging on one side with Chev on the other. Only difference is cosmetic. Main difference is you need to get one from the dealer in your area who is able and willing to give you some good after purchase service and is willing to deal with you price wise when you lay you bucks on the table. The GMC dealer in the area where I live half the year will not deal on purchase and will not provide decent service after sale. So all the GMC purchasers here say.


You all get out and vote on election day. If you don't want to be saddled with riding on MOPEDS in the future, don't want a third world general in command of our military and a socialized system running your life do not vote for John Kerry. Keep Bush/Cheney in office and similar thereafter.

I guess I got a good dealer, he sells everything GM except Hummer.





And I rag on him about all the ugly Chevy trucks he has and only a few GMCs
