what is the loss of horsepower from the crank to the wheels
wondering so when you compare the preditor to anyother programers you have an idea since preditor is at the wheels

If i remember, the loss is like 15 %.

The diablo sport Predator is rated at the wheels. PPE estimated flywheel.
Drive train loss is around 20%.

Stock GM rates the LB7 at 300hp. At the wheels mine dynoed 256hp. That comes out to basicly 15 percent.

parasitic loss through your drivetrain varies depending on your tranny, rearend, etc...some manual trannys only lose like 10% (or 15% like Johnboy), but something like a big ol' ally auto is going to be over 20%. The auto tranny makes up for it somewhat through fluid coupling.
