I am trying to run the banks 6 gun.. i installed it all with the speed loader and it worked for a lil bit then flashing the code 2-4. which means TCC harness. i checked the wires and are putting out 12 volts. It ran awesome blowin smoke and everything then it quit with that code flashing. i am going to call banks tomorrow when they open but i didnt know if someone can help me with some type of a reset or problem solution? thanks

Those TCC connections are sensitive. Double check they are making solid contact.

i checked them and they are both putting out a solid 11.67 volts

ok i kinda thought 11.67 volts wasnt enough, so i put in 2 really good connectors and now i am at 12.20 volts. still aint working

11.67 is not gonna cut it, if you have it up to 12.20, your good, the techs will walk you through the reset for both. I had the same problem, and was P.O.ed when i was getting 11.something volts, and tech support told me that was not enough. hope your problem is fixed by now.

alright its fixed.. it took ALL day talking to the techs and then telling me to try something. that didnt work. then another. then another. finally it came down to the blue and gray wire for the TCM harness that plugs into a 4pin where only the 2 wires are open, so only 2 are used. I had ran the truck down the road with a multimeter hooked up to the 2 wires. the blue wire had 14 volts the whole way and the gray wire had 14 volts all the way till the truck hit overDrive (50 mph) and then it backed down to 1.2 volts which banks tells should happen. Banks installed the 2 wires in the wrong spot so when i snapped the 4 pin into the back of the tuner it was wrong. I drove the truck all day after trying something because they say the tranny has to go through 5 shift cycles to relearn and reset itself. i tried that turn key on then depress throttle all the way and let up 5 times and then key off and then 5 more times. it didnt work.but finally i got it all to work and i went through the whole tranny learn process and then i finally hit level 6. she is blowin some smoke now. thanks for the help and hope this helps someone who runs into the same problem as i did. or if anyone needs help with the banks and how to reset it in MANY ways. let me know, i was ready to smash that stupid thing, but in the end it was worth it!
