i was considering a superchips programer for my dually.... if i put a program in it, and then take it out, will the dealer be able to find out???

also i bought the truck to tow, is an exhaust and gauges a must do?? i'm only planing on using the 65 hp tune up and i want to be able to take the hot rod stuff off for any warrentee work... thanx...Mike

Your dealer should be fine if you put in a boost and EGT guage especially since you are towing. If you have a catastrophic failure then GM may want your ECM to see if there are any signs of other than stock programming ever done. It's always a risk to put in aftermarket programmers but the superchips shouldn't be too bad for what you are doing. I'd also at least put on a 4 inch cat back system for exhaust. It will help the engine EGT's run cooler.
