Have a buddy with a 2001 D/A with the high dollar Bully Dog transmission and it acts like it is defueling when shifting. He is running the Edge w/NO defuel, injectors, and NOS when in higher gears. It defuels real bad compared to stock trans even with defuel on. ANy ideas?? Thanks

I think that it did get limped before and started slipping some, so then he was told to change fluid and put in Bully Dog (high price) fluid and it quit slipping but acts wierd or something. Sounds like he better be finding out about his "warranty" on the trans and swap it out. I would say by looking at you guys' signatures that if anyone was capable of slipping a tranny it would be you all. Sounds like he has trouble !http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

I would try to send it back and get his money back from Bullydog and get something else. The only time mine defuels is if I go from a 70hp program to a 200+ program, then it defuels for about 20 shifts or so, then is perfect no-defuel at all. As long as the tcm has time to learn to the power it should not de-fuel if the tranny can handle it. Gotta love the quick shifts with no defuel.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif
