Road Boss, I ordered my 3500 Single rear wheel yesterday, its an SLT but it comes with those dam ugly steel wheels, when I ask why I couldn't get the nice ones like the ones that come on the 2500-HD-SLT, the salesman told me GM goes with the steel wheels because of the weight factor, and if they used the nice Aluminum one they may crack, do you know if they make a nice custom wheel that has the strength of the steel ones, because I want to loose the stock ones as soon as possible. Alcoa makes forged wheels for your application. Fairly reasonably priced, too. Try www.southwestwheel.com (http://www.southwestwheel.com) There may be others out there with better deals, I just have seen them there in the past. I'd stay with forged if you're doing heavy hauling. Dealer is full of crap. You wouldn't see large trucks with aluminum wheels if they would crack under weight! For sure just another way to save a buck...

FWIW, The PYO's would probably work just fine for most use, except they tend to be on the skinny side at 6.5 inches.
