my truck has the smell of old cooking oil coming out of the crankcase breather. Has anyone else had this happen? It also makes the engine oil smell bad too.

There were a number of discussions on this in the past. Probably has something to do with the additive package. I was running Mobil 1 syn. but read on here that even though it says "turbo charged diesel the API is different.
