Anybody ever tried one of these or know someone that has?

Anybody have any reasons or ideas why these wouldnt be worth a shot?

Wouldnt take very many oil changes and it would pay for itself and start to save a guy some cash.

I like the idea but new things like this tend to scare me away.

As cheap as our filters are I wouldn't worry about it . I looked into them also . I sometimes change just for the hell of it and like the quick disposal and no cleaning .

oil filters are cheap. installing a new one each time will just give you peace of mind
