Do I have one or two filters in the A/C system (2001 CC)? Found and replaced the one under the glove box, but couldn't locate another. Do I need to tear up (oops, disassemble) some more venting?

Thanks, Jim - OBTW, GREAT prices on your vendor site!

the second filter sits directly above the 1 you took out.. you remove one, and then pull the other one down and remove it. then insert one, push it up and insert the second one.. one sits on top of the other one...

Did GM do away with these filters?

I've heard the 2003's don't have them.

Suggest you loosen but do not remove the left most housing screw ... extremely hard to get back in if you take it out ... mine is still in the glove box ... Jim

John, the 03's dont have them because the air box was changed to accept dual climate contol, no room for them anymore
