I'm nto quite sure if this is the right place to post this here but...

I was putting my boost/pyro gauges in today. Hooked up the Pyro and its working great!

I Tee'd into the waste gate tube on the turbo clamped down both sides hooked up plastic tubeing to the gauge. and well NOTHING.. No read out..

Any idea whats wrong? I dohave the PPE Boost valve on it and i put the T BEFORE the Boost Valve. Could that be the problem?

Then i went and checked.. I pulled the plastic tubing off the T and there wasnt even any air comming out? WHAT? Do i have this thing in the wrong place?

some1 please help?!?!

Just checking...did you take the truck out on the road?
You won't get any boost sitting in the driveway racing the engine.
Again , just checking? Sometimes it's those pesky little things...

Yes I did drive the truck and still had no reading.

The tube isnt pinched off anywhere. Checked that numerous times.

thanks

Did you drive it with the line removed from the gauge, inside the cab?

nope. Everything was connected. ould it have anything to do with which side of the boost valve we did it on?

You'll get boosted air on either side on the valve...When driving, if there is sufficient air coming out of the line inside the cab (do this for testing purposes only), I'd say your gauge is faulty...

The T should be before the PPE Boost valve with the waste gate being on the opposite side.
Sounds like you have it right.

Check your connections to make sure that the line isn't pinched by the collar, sometimes they can get rotated inside of the connection and pinch the line.
