How do i get manual window crank handle off? i got new speakers for my 2002 Dmax but the handles are different than my fords. anyone know how to get them off? i dotn want to force it then break it. thanks

there is a clip on the inside of the handle tht pops offr

They make a tool for the clip, but a rag works better. Slip the rag flat in between the handle and the door panel and it'll grab the sharp edge of the clip-give it a tug. Just be careful not to loose it!
