I think they look pretty sleek. I just don't think that it would perform for me though.

4WD + Drop is pretty pointless isnt it? Unless you are building a race truck and want the traction, maybe. I think a CC SB 2WD would look nice slammed on airbags with some nice meat under the rear though.

I had a 1/2 ton 4x4 Z71 lowered with a belltech 3/4 drop. Looked really good and handled great. That was after I had it lifted 6" with 35 12.50s

Isn't "lowered 4x4" a oxymoron?? Its at least a moron... Just like the big 22" 35 series STREET tires on a 4x4.

I lowered mine 2" in the back to level it out, then cranked it down very little in the front so I still have a 1/2" rake with all my tools in the back. Mine is a farm truck, I'd go lower, but I'd drag frame everywhere. I like it more like this than cranking the bars up in the front to level it. I still run my 285/70R17 tires on Dodge wheels. Handles better, easier to work out of, little better on fuel, and it looks so much better to me. Gm trucks don't look right to me when they are lifted, I think it's the narrow wheel wells.

I'd post a picture, but my truck is dirty. But with a SS grill and a painted to match front bumper in graystone, and no emblems, it looks sharp and clean. But some would say it looks too low and plain.

If you are gonna lift it, buy a Dodge. 2 inches of lift in the front, and a 35 inch tire looks good. :)
