What would it take to get my LLY CC 4x4 to a mid 13 1/4???? I already have the edge/***? I have read many threads but I am not sure. Suncoast III is budgeted but what stack??????

what works for me is a suncoast tranny upgrade, intake and exhaust mod, and boxes that make at least 200rwhp, and you should be their, starting in 4wdhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif Edited by: fredw

Well I can tell you this much, you might run into issues because you are lifted. That is a lot of extra strain on the truck and axles to push that truck that hard. Possible yes, but you will break stuff from time to time. First off you will need a Suncoast 3 (at least) transmission and then start adding boxes..You will get there, just takes time.

GMC-2002-Dmax just ran a 13.681 with a SCIII. . . you will need more than what he has on his truck to beat him because of your lift. . . Start saving.

Just look at my sig, that was done with a old juice 90hp box and a small VA pressure box with the timing removed. I only pushed 301 HP at the ATS dyno day so I think that with your juice and a VA box you could possibly break into the high 13's.


You will definetly need to upgrade the tranny, my truck still has the little stock donuts which isn't as harsh as 35's!!!!

you should be swinging over 301 and even 310 if you made a typo with just a juice, add the pressure and I duno how much it would add??? Bad dyno day or a pissed off trany?

extream isnt out for the lly yet. for an lly I would wait a bit to see what develops. JMO if you have to have something NOW, a tts tow tune supposedly stacks well with the juice, and the hot juice is coming down the pipe I believe.

my truck dynos 460/970 and the best i could muster was a 13.45.. then again i run with the 45 gallon tank full hence the 7300lbs.. as ratlover said, the tts tow with the edge is probably your best stack until the big lly stuff starts coming out.. best be prepared to wait a while for something the likes of the extreme..
