Radio shack has a few good ones. You can also try CB shops or other shops that specialize in radio communications. A lot of truck stops off of the major interstates also carry a large selection of scanners and CBs.

Also Ebay has a ton of them.

I am assuming you are asking for OBDIII diagnostic scanners?
