Check engine light came on again and trans started shifting all over the place. Ran the codes and heres what she spit out.

Needless to say, the dealer is stumped as I have had this same problem before. They fixed it (temporarily) now its back. Any of you tranny experts have any suggestions?

nate, with those codes, it sounds more like a communication problem between the computers, but not sure if it was caused by something the truck did or the computers being faulty ??

Its definately a communication problem, but where? They have replaced everything? Loose ground maybe?

they replaced them already but happened again ?? did they go over all the wiring, and everything associated with there changes to make sure nothing else was wrong that they may have over-looked or been to lazy with, or did they replace and hope it was fixed ? i would think a good tech could get it figured out and isolate the problem one way or the other

Don't think Eric is going to solve this. This will take a GM factory team to solve. The GM manual just came out a couple of days ago and none of us guys are up on this stuff yet.

How bout the pin connects????

I very well may be driving to see Eric to get this thing fixed! However, cleared the codes and drove around tonight for several hours......no check engine light. I am thinking its a loose ground or something easy.

Have they changed the wire harness between the computers? I read on another forum either diesel page or GMC diesel where someone had a similar problem and the harness was bad. Was shorting out, I think on the fire wall. I will try and find it. Just a thought.

Mine threw some codes after a tranny change. I can't quite remember what they were but it had to do with some solenoids in the tranny itself. Can someone post what the codes are?
