so, I HAD a 2002 Avalanche with the dual visor setup. You know the kind where you can flip the main part over to the side, and there was another smaller visor to use for the forward looking position out the front windshield.

My LLY crew cab only has the standard single visor setup. I really miss the old one I had.

So, I'm thinking...well, they're both GM's, are they compatible? Is there any way to acquire the old style and have them work in the new interior? Has anyone else done it? Does anyone know where to get the old style visors?

I would say it is possible. You would have to talk to the dealer about getting the older version of the visor, I would just buy one and see if it will work then you will know. If not make sure you can return it and get your money back as I don't think they are so cheap. Or you can talk to the dealer, find out what part number it is and then go to gmpartsdirect.com and look there for it, I bet you would find it alot cheaper. Good luck....

Try your local salvage yard....They could look it up with their Hollander Exchange Manual, see what will work.

Failing that, www.jpcustoms.com (http://www.jpcustoms.com) has them, but they are expensive....$229/set

I have 2 sets available, both sets are lighted, and both sets are in the shale trim (to match the light colored headliner)...one set is dual stage, and the other set is a single stage: if you or any one else wants to pick a set up. PM me for more details, if needed, Thanks,
