I have a new 2004 2500hd and I thought like every one else here I would do some stuff to my truck to get some more power out of it. Well first off I suggest not to get the afe air intake. Its made very well but it dont fit very well. Also I got a ats duel exhaust. Make sure you read every thing on the instructon first. I toke my factory exhaust off ( pain in the a$$) and started puting on the ats. For my truck a standerd cab long bed. I need a different pipe that dosent come with the kit. I told them I had a standerd cab long bed when I ordered the kit. I guess ats likes shiping large Items and then shipping more large items and then having you ship them back. I have every thing worked out with them I should have the part sat or sun but Im out of a vehicle for a few days and geting to work sucks. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Angry.gif

I got it to fit but it hits on the computer plug and where the exaust meets the turbo. It does work but I think they could have made it fit a little beter for the price. Also when you put the sensor on use there screws not the factory ones I found that out to.

Have you tried rotating the tube a little either way.

It will greatly change the angle as will the tube not being all the way in the silicone rubber collar to the turbo inlet.
