Looks like my stock radiator on my 96 K2500 6.5 has a hole in the upper right corner. Would I be better off buying a new, guarranteed, heavy-duty unit or having my stocker gone thru? I am in between work so don't have the money to go for some exotic high $$ unit.


Any recommendations as to manufacturers, models, etc. are welcome.

I pulled mine out and patched it just last week. The last one I bought was ove $400.

I'd find a good radiator shop. Chances are they'll want to put a fresh core in it, or replace it altogether, but a good rad shop will know the best way. I'd stick with teh OEM style.Edited by: Kennedy
