I tried a couple of LLY tunes off the site on a 2005 LLY today and none of them worked. The truck woulsnt make any boost at all. I tried the 60, 90, 100, and 120 and all ran the same. None made any boost or power.

Make sure you copy the tables from the tunes provided to your existing tune. Don't just load the tune as is.

I did, I did a compare and copied the tables that were differnt that effected the tune.

Hmmm, I don't think so but I will double check once I get home. I hope its something that simple, Im pretty sure I still have the tunes I tried and didnt delete them.

Did all 4 tunes feel like stock?...Maybe it never "took" the reflashes...

Take a look at it and make sure that you have everything converted to Imperial.

They felt worse than stock since the truck would make zero boost. I finally jusr made a simple tune from scratch and it took that fine.

why are you trying to load LLY tunes? According to your signature, you have a LB7 motor. That could be why the LLY tunes dont work.

Just a quick question. After reading some of the other posts in this section I am under the impression that when you load a tune to the ECM it gets converted to Binary or Hex Code. So what difference should metric or imperical make? I guess as long as the whole tune is one or the other.

Metric vs imperial makes a big difference. Look what happened to the Hubble telescope when they first tried it.

Ok I double checked and eveything was the same, both were imperial. How can these tunes work for other people but not on this truck?
