I want to install a GM in-dash navigation unit in my truck. I'm sure this has been answered before but after searching for a while I found references to several part numbers (most were old part number from 2005 threads) but I'm confused as to which will work in my truck. I searched the GMpartsdirect.com site and only one number came back as being available but I don't think this is the right part # (10377287). I found another part number that was 9287 here: http://www.dealerworksinc.com/GMFactoryNav.htm . It says it's for the 2003 -2006.

I have the Bose 6 CD changer, XM, and OnStar. I do not care to upgrade to the LUX unit. I do not need to add remote changer, the single disk player in the NAV unit is fine with me as I mostly listen to XM comedy and not that much music these days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Newest Revision non-lux TNR 10379287 this is the number I looked up on gmpartsdirect.com. It mentioned something about a power antenna lead???
First Revision non-lux TNR 10377287
Alt. Revision non-lux TNR 15120706
Non LUX TNR 15800000
Non LUX TNR 10351123

Newest Revision LUX INR 15204335
First Revision LUX INR 15204334
Newest Rev NON LUX INR 15108241 / 8421 (?)

Thanks for the reply but I'm still confused!
What is TNR and INR?

I don't know what the difference is of the 5 part numbers listed for the non-Lux units.

I did find a Delphi unit here:http://www.crutchfield.com/S-JZ5rOoKzFju/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?g=300&tab=morephotos&pi=1&i=040TNR4010&display=L

Call me dense but maybe it's the -30 windchill and cabin fever. I've been stuck at home all this week. I know my wife wants me out of the house. I think her comment "you know I really love you..but how much money do we have in savings? Can't you go somewhere (like Maui were my thoughts) and do something? I'm messing up her routine." HMMM? Nope, I rather spend the money on the NAV unit.

TNR = touch screen
INR = non-touch screen

Get one from ebay a WHOLE lot cheaper.

I did search just about everywhere I could think of including Google and eBay. I found several on eBay bu they were all LUX units. No non-Lux to be had.

gmpartsdirect had the 103977287 unit for $1,699. I found a Delphi unit for about $1500. It doesn't have to be unlocked like a used one. Ain't got nothing else to do except hang drywall in the basement and I'd rather pull out my teeth.

There's a few to get you going. If you pay close attention to the auctions you'll find them as cheap as $500.00. I managed to get mine for $300.00 plus the antenna for $60.00
Any lux unit can be turned non lux by a fellow ion this site.
Also when I bought my unit they said it was "Non_Bose" well I have a Bose system and it works fine. Not sure what to think about that.
