To put a long story short i ordered the six gun with speed loader and got the old version. Banks sent me the new version. Under hard accel it would default back to stock and throw a 4-1, injector signal fault. Convinced them to send me a new one and it does the same thing, WTF. Truck runs fine stock and with the box bypassed but with box it bellows black smoke (like some of you guys trucks, not supposed to) even in N with no load i rev it up and will drown out a small town. Does anyone have any ideas, now i am convinced its in my truck, but runs good stock with no DTCs. Injector problem? Fuel delivery problem? any imput would be appreciated, seeings i blamed banks and they might not be the problem

Is it possible something isn't quite right with your injectors? Adding the extra horsepower might by enough to put it in a frenzy. It's the 2nd module you've tried, so I don't believe it's the gun. Your truck doesn't act up when it's stock, so I would think something along these lines maybe taking place.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Disapprove.gif
