I have an '06 LBZ with 15k miles on it now...Haven't had any problems with it at all but have noticed something during these cold(er) months while driving down the interstate. I live in TN and don't plug in at night nor do I use radiator skirt. The lows at night are b/t low teens-low 20s. However, when I'm driving down the interstate with cruise on, I noticed my temp. gauge slowly fluctuating b/t 180 deg. and 210 degrees and back and forth....All this while doing 70 down interstate with cruise on.
Has anyone else noticed this or is this an onset of a potential problem?

Mine will do the same thing. That is the thermostat opening and closing. If you use the winter grille cover it will heat up the cab faster and also get the engine to the optimum operating temp faster.

Factory gauge isn't all that accurate from my experiences.
