Who can tell me realistic Base stock HP & torque stats for a 02LB7 & what i can expect from a Hypertech 3 set on 3 what a straight thou 4in exhaust?

Stock HP 300 is this at the flywheel or rear wheels" ?
Stock Torque 520 ???

How much improvment with the HP3 set a 3 & the 4 in exhaust can i expect??

Actually iv'e been runnin this setup for a while, but i dont want to "Ricer math" guess at my gains. Since H tech starts there dnyo #s at

230ish HP @3000 RPM
&
420ish Torque @3000 RPM

With the Tech Set at 3

330ish HP @3000rpm =96+- gain
&
570ish Torque @3000rpm = 160lbs.+ gain

Are these Figures Accurate??? thnaks

from what i've seen your not to far out on the stock hp peak around 230-240 @3100rpm and i think the torque peak is closer to 475ish @ 1800 rpm. i could be wrong, i'd really like to see a dyno graph of a stock truck to see what they actually put ot the ground.

That is a good question it would be interesting to see what the 'safe' programer will actually put out.

I assume those numbers are at the wheel. It does not actually say.

I am running hypertech as well and no problems.

Yep those would be rear wheel horse power numbers.

Your numbers sound correct...last year I ran my truck at dyno days...and my 03 LB7 Dmax with Superchips III tune ran 326hp @ 557ftlbs

Here's a dyno picture of the LLY with Hypertech, all 3 stages. LB7 would likely be similar though a bit lower.

I don't know what the "actual" numbers are either. But I'm happy with mine. There may be some better programmers out on the market but mine does all I need it to. Just my 2bits.

Well a while back I did dyno the HypeTech on Level 3 with less mods stated in my signature.

I did run it on Level 3 with the following ONLY:
1.) BANKS cat-back
2.) VOLANT intake
3.) with the lift and rims/tires

It put down 345 rwhp & 602 rwtq.

That number right there is what makes it a safe tuner.

I had my truck dyno'ed Sept. of 2006 and came out with 336hp with 654lb
ft of torque. My truck is set up on the hyper tech #3 with a 4" exhaust.
