hemisareslow 02-14-2007, 10:49 AM Check engine came on today so I had auto zone pull the codes....I got a p0700 and a p0836...the p0700 came up as a trans control malfunction ancd the p0836 came up as a 4 wheel drive switch circuit malfunction...any i dea why i got them and how to fix them...last night i used my truck to pull 3 tractors out from under the trailers they were dropping...it did seem to take awhile for it to go into 4lo....any help would be appreciated hemisareslow 02-18-2007, 10:13 AM no one has any idea what to do to fix these codes????? seems like i get them when i go into 4lo hemisareslow 02-20-2007, 03:20 AM No body has a clue? come on now! Reineke 02-20-2007, 03:35 AM P0700 is the generic code that the transmission sends to light the MIL. You may want to double check the P0836 as I cannot find any information as to the definition of that code.
