* I posted this under Member get togethers... but not alot of views in that area.. o i thought i'd try this popular area! :)


Me and my significant other (MrksDuramax04) were wondering how many people would be intereseted in getting together for an informal "tailgating" so to speak. We live in Centerville, Ohio and know of a couple places where people hang out and don't get ran off by the cops. Mostly its the lowriders etc... but i thought- how about we crash the party lol. Anyone can cruise the areas cuz there just in parking lots and walk around & no one bothers ya unless they wanna talk bout whats under the hood and all. Usually its near the Dayton Mall or in Bellbrook area. Its usually done on Friday or Saturday nights. We've noticed them there around 9-11pm showing up. So please reply if your interested in showing off your trucks and meeting up!

Well, we are pretty flexible ourselves. We only live minutes away from those 2 areas. i know we're not gonna be able to accomdate a time for everyone, but i'd like to get a good group. Its always more fun in groups! lol http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Tongue.gif

I work every third day but I can move my night shifts around if need be.

So far we are still investigating the scene... lol Last night we cruised by those areas around 11pm and no one was there!!!??? So tonight we will check it out and maybe try to talk to some of them to see if there is special nights they hang out. We would hate to set a date and then only a few of us show up and no "weedeaters to eat" lol


We thought if we have a decent turn out, maybe having it a couple more times, i know some of you might be driving a little ways so i wonder also how many locals are interested too. Just in case we call out a lst minute get together or something- just ideas!


We will let you know more when we find out more!


***also, anyone going to the Hillsboro truck pulls in Highland County Ohio??? We might go!

There is a pull in Wilmington, OH on Oct. 2nd. Just an idea. May draw a few more pullers. Wilmington is about an hour or so from Dayton. Not too far off 71

But we are definately gonna be at the Wilmington truck pulls, we go every year. So that is also an idea to get together!

Is any one up for getting together this weekend on saturday night the 18th? we went to that place last saturday night where everyone has been cruisin & parking and there was ALOT of cars and a few big trucks too. Gray Max, I finished 5th in Hillsboro out of 48 trucks.

Sunny4x4chick, Oct 2nd is the DMZ Diesel pull in Wilmington at the Clinton Co Fairgrounds. The pull starts at 6pm.

Hey ya'll= LOL too much stuff going on! Everyone was kicked out of the Bellbrook area that night.. but have found 2 other places... we will keep you posted!

If the weather is good I think Wilmington will be the place to be. Nothing like a night of truck pullin' early in the fall. Should be a good pull. 4 diesel classes. There's a stock turbo class so we'll hopefully see the top 5 all Dmax's. We should also have a good shot to place well in the single charger class as it is supposed to be a 2.8 charger or smaller...I think.
