I just bought a 95 6.5 with 275000 on it truck runs great except every once in a while i get the miss that sometimes is pretty extreme and other times nothing, i read some where this is called "fish bite surge" and apparently it has to do with the fuel pump?????? also i have the engine codes 32 33 and 78 i know 32 and 33 are related to the egr valve and the 78 is most likely the solenoid but are these contibuting to this "surge" or miss?????

The "surge" is usually fuel starvation under a load. Check the lift pump under the driver's seat. Power to this goes through the oil pressure switch after the truck is running.

Open the t-valve by the top radiator hose with the engine running. Drain some fuel out of it for inspection.
If the fuel comes out pretty good your lift pump and OPS is working. Check the fuel for water, trash.
If it's not coming out the lift pump is not working and further troubleshooting of the lift pump system is required.
Check the FAQ thread and run through the checklist and post the results.

Your codes are common to a failed vacuum system. Info also found in the FAQ thread.
This should be considered a separate issue.

Welcome to the forum br808.......
EGR can cause bad miss - PCM demands EGR under limited conditions, and uses regulated vacuum when that occurs.
Leaking EGR valve is unregulated, can occur whenever exhaust pressure overcomes valve-spring tension, causing diminished combustion events.
As suggested, check out your fuel system and the vacuum pump system, first, and you might consider a replacement remote-mounted FSD

Actually i just replaced the thermostat and cracked the line just under that T and had fuel runnin down the valley and down the trans and onto the ground so i would imagin the lift pump is working good i was told the egr would not cause any problems or misses??????? the fuel seems to be pretty clean, i was also told to run about a half a quart of tranny fluid in the fuel to clean it up??????? i need to get the solenoid for the wastegate fixed first cause i can tell there is a lack of power there plus no whine from the turbo!
