Five days after I bought my '01 Silverado I got the certificate in the mail for $1000 off a new truck from the saddle tank settlement. Now I am buying another new truck, are the certificates still good? I don't know if I can find mine, is there some place I can call and get another one?

read the fine print.. I have an 82C10 w/saddle tanks and have bought 3 new GM trucks since 98... no certificate yet and I'm not counting on one any time soon, not worried bout it either

I used one when I bought my '02, but if I remember correctly it was going to expire in July '02.

Found out that mine expired in Jan of '04. Was going to use one from a guy at work, his expires in '05.


I took off from work 3 hours early, picked up the wife and my dad and we drove 2 hours to the dealer where I was getting the truck.
