Hello,

I was wondering if you could tell me from your experience how hard it is to replace the hydroboost unit.

I saw a remanufactured unit but there are two part numbers listed for the Cardone parts. One part number is for w/JC5 one it without JC5.

I looked on my glovebox label and I don't see the JC5 code.

What is a JC5?

Also, can you quote me a price for the unit. I am debating if I should get the AC Delco part or a reman part.

Advice? Thanks very much in advance.

I will check prices tomarrow. JC5 is a option designation for brake system, I am not sure what exactly it is... I would like to have your vin # to be sure I get the correct part.

Not to take business away from Eric but when you want to check on a part and get a price I use:

Rock Auto (http://www.rockauto.com)

I think there database is terrific, the service is good and the prices are too.
