No, racing for "pinky's" does happen. I've seen it and it's not pretty. Most of the time the "cars" were just a shell, motor, trans, rear & bearly DOT...sort'a. Sometimes the guys would just take the car and never return. Most of the time the winner would sell the car back to the guy pretty cheap but not before the car was taken home and ....er....uh....inspected for various parts. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

I had to decline...... maybe next time. Sure was a nice eh...car wagon suv thing... sort'a. I'd rather have my truck.

Raced for pinks a lot when I was younger, in a '69 HEMI GTX. The idea was never to actually transfer ownership. The loser had to borrow another guys car, hop it up and race you driving his car. Win, get your car back. Lose, you borrow and hop up ANOTHER car. ( I had 6 at one time...) Benifit was the guy whose car you borrowed got to keep whatever mods you put on his car. I loaned mine out one time and it came back with a huge plenum cross-ram intake manifold and 2 Holley 850's. It was a lot of fun back then. Couldn't afford it now...

Set Cruise Scontrol @ 50 MPH when the T/C is locked in 5th gear in reg mode, then roll on the throttle and watch the traffic disappear

Got Juice? I just figured out how to do that a couple weeks ago. I love it, especially when you have a ricer riding your ass on the hwy. Just slow down to about 50 in t/h and roll the throttle on just as they try to pass!
