Look at the handle that you use to close the door from the inside of the truck. Just behind the handle is a screw with a plastic piece behind it. I'll bet that the plastic piece is broken. I looked at three trucks and all were broken. I took mine to the dealer and he said it was normal wear and tear. I looked at the two that were on the lot and they were not broken. Please look I think that if we all have a problem that they will have to fix it. Thanks, Doodle

If I remember correctly that plastic piece isn't really doing anything anways. There is another metal piece that actually supports the door handle. I might be wrong, I didn't really pay too much attention when I had my doors off.

Mine is broken too. My 02 gasser was not broken.
