Does anyone have any information on the TST PowerMax? I am trying to find out about the best settings to get the decent fuel economy. The only thing I have been able to find out is what is on TST's site. Just a little background info, I bought an 04 GMC 2500HD CC D/A with this module in it from the dealership but they don't have the information that came with it. Also, I am just trying to see how many people are running it. Seems to me that the Edge is the programmer most everyone on the forum is using. Any help would be appreciated. I might have to break down and call the company if no one has any info. Thanks.

I had a TST comp for a little while. The lower settings are going to give you better fuel economy. The highest settings are probably more than the stock trans can handle. It does have egt cutback built in it. Nice unit for the price. Kyle03D and JrMac run a tst all the time, they can give more info.

lvl 1/1 is all timing and theoretically you should get the best mileage gains here but I would say that 3/3 and lower wouldnt hurt to much. Its those 4/4 and up numbers that start pullin the fuel.

Thanks for the replies. I have been trying different settings every tankfull to see where I get the best all around gains. I will get to test it some on the way to Anchorage this weekend. Short trips suck! Even with the fuel mileage the way it is around town, (18.5) I am pretty happy with the truck.
