Awesome. You'll NEED Juice/Attitude, Big Exhaust and a bunch more goodies to turn those bigger tires.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wink.gif

Congrats,

Do you have any pics. for us to see. Some pics. of the new hood and grill would be great. I wouldn't mind seeing a pic. from the side to see the hood and from the front with those new tires. I bet it looks pretty good. Congrats on the new truck. I'm hoping to order one in the first quarter with a sunroof. Thanks

Well got the H2 wheels today anthey are sweet.. I know they will look great I also know they will hurt the take off an overall performance.. I think they may help mileage on the interstate cause of less rolling resistance an less rps's, guess I will find out.. Know I just need to do soem research on here an find out what i have to trim an zip tie for t hese to work properly.. But like i have read before " I rather give up performance for looks" is true cause they are awsome looking beside the truck... I do not know how to provide a link for a pic but i can take a pic an send it to someone if they want to be a host!!!! I average 17 mpg on the interstate today @ 80 mph anything more it dropped to lowest of 14 mpg but trying to take it easy for break in period..

Sounds like a sweet truck, and what a price on an '05 http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif post some pics when you can.

I love my H2 wheels, lots of compliments!! I stuck with 265/75-17 because I need the load range E. Coudn't find anything bigger in E

Did you know you where going to use H2 wheels when you did the upgrade on your tires? Since they wont fit the H2's 17" But I guess for what you paid its no big deal.

Do you plan on heavy towing? I am curious if the overheat, fan clutch issues are fixed!

Leave it stock for awhile and see if you manifest the similar problems as are detailed thoughout this forum. I remember back in the 50's and 60's that the stockers seemed to perform well over the long haul and the vehicles that were modified seemed to crap out more often. I learned a big lesson back then. Don't fool around much with them anymore. If you want an go fast, by a Mercedes AMG. Cost is about the same and you will Go Fast. No BS.
