Not everyone will be able to answer this question due to the fact that there isnt fleet farms all over the place... but any one that has pumped outta there, have you noticed a milage decrease with the winter blend?

That will be standard across the board with any winter blends + the colder weather.

I fill at Fleet Farm all the time. The answer to your question is yes. Winter diesel is a blend of 1 and 2. I think that it is about a 60/40 blend but I am not 100% sure what Fleet's real numbers are.

Depending who your fuel supplier is and where you are some fuel distributors also cut their winter blend of fuel with kerosene. The supplier that fills my bulk tank cuts the winter blend fuel with ULSK (that would be ultra low sulfur kerosene) instead of No. 1 ULSD.

 Good luck on finding any meaningful information from the cash register operator. I've noticed that most have absolutely no clue.
