04 2500HD EC, LB of course D/A. I'm having a problem with the passenger side floor board leaking. I've had it to the dealer twice and they cannot find the leak. They said they ran water over the truck for 2 hours and never leaked. I would get it dried out and then a good rain would come. After the rain would check the floor, dry as a bone. I think that it is happening when I'm driving from the spray. Anyone had this problem and found out where it is.

Also do you have roof clearance lights? That might be an issue as well. Just something to think about. I do know someone that had a hole in the venting in front of the windshield that was leaking into the truck and I think that is what one of those post above is about. Keep checking they will find it sooner or later. Good luck..

I had the same problem that was solved by torquing down the clearance lights.

Just FYI for future reference. Took the truck in today and they found out where my water is coming from. No bad areas in the roof lights or door seal. It ended up my AC discharge line was plugged and you guys know the rest. Basically they found it by accident. Truck was running with the AC on and the mechanic noticed no water coming out.
