Ok I never ran my Predator much because it surged too much and gave me overboost codes on my 03 from time to time(v1.08). It seems they've corrected some of those issues from what I've read.
I e-mailed once a week for the last two weeks, but still haven't had a response since. I've been sending them to general@diablosport.com.
Anyone know of a better way to get a hold of these people???

Who did you purchace it from? Call them first.
I got mine from Kennedy. When I had a problem he hook me up and I got a call the next day!

Victory Red.....email is not a good way to get a hold of these performance companies....it seems most of them hardly every check email at least in my attempts in the past. Doesn't seem right does it?http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif

I recently bought a predator and when I first ran it on the truck, it just flat out didnt work. I had no throttle, wouldnt shift etc. I had version 1.08. I contacted my distributor and they said call Diablosport but I had a hard time reaching them on the phone becuase I work to late and they would be closed. I went on Diablosport.com and went to tech support and went to Immediate suport(http://diablosport.com/faq/index.php?aktion=ask) and wrote an email. They got back to me within a day, to make a long story short, I sent it in for a free update to version 1.11 and now it all works really well. I have heard some bad reviews from people but I really like it now. I think it is a little bit faster than my juice. Hope this helps.
