my truck came equipped with the bridgestone M773 II's 265/75R16's there load rating is E. Is this the tire the truck is supposed to come with? and is E rating as heavy duty as you can go, will those tires handle me at full carrying capacity, i mean weight maxed out. Yesterday one of them was punctured, EMPTY, by a tiny and I mean tiny little sharp twig of all things. Just wondering if it is possible I was given a truck with a set of junk tires on it. It is very possible knowing the dealership so far, for further info on them see my "ready to kill" posting. Keep in mind this truck also came to me fully equipped and wired to haul a trailer, but guess what, no hitch, no receiver, nothin'. Doesnt make much sense to me.

I would say you have the correct tires. They should be good for 3400+ pounds per tire and that would be about 14000 pounds total and that is far more than the gvw of your truck. Some tires are just easier to puncture than others.
