On the 2002 duramax, behind the passenger headlights the aluminium A/C line rubs on the intercoolers end plate, this will obviously wear out the A/C line over a period of time, if you are carefull the line can be pulled clear of the intercooler about a 1/4" then rubber hose can be placed over the aluminium A/C tube, and secured with tye wraps. If the hose wrap isn't used, the tubing will work it's way back to it's original rubbing position.
