I think you can get the steering wheel with the buttons on ebay fairly cheap, I think the thing that costs so much is the clockspring, this is the part that allows the wires to "wind" as you turn the streeing wheel.

I have no idea, but there have been lots of people on here that have. It is one of the things I miss about my old truck.
