I had to send my Hypertech back to get updated after a dealer reflash when it didn't recognize the new factory calibration. All I can say is WOW!! Great Service!! I called them on a Friday & got my RMA #, sent it out on Mon UPS ground. They recvd it on Thu, updated it & Fed-ex'd it back to me overnite for Sat delivery. It did cost me $8 to ship it out insured but that didn't really bug me. I've read the horror stories others have had with different vendors/mfgr's but as far as I'm concerned they have a customer for life now. :D

I asked the dealer to update the truck since it had never been done. I specifically mentioned the fuel filter life program that came out mid year 05 that my truck didn't have.
