I set the temp on 72 in the summer and/or winter and the fan speed never changes. Yes it is set to auto. I find that if I lower the temp to 61 in the winter, there is not difference (still roasting my gonads off) however at 60, I am freezing. During the summer, I have to increase the temp to upper 70s to get any response. My wife's Toyota Sequoia is set on 72 year round with no problems.

Any ideas? It has been into the dealer and they "reset the software"

Have the sensor checked that is just above the drivers seat in the headliner. It measures the temp and makes adjustments for the climate control.
